About the role

We are looking for a passionate, and team-oriented Full time Bartender to join us as we prepare for another busy summer. Work includes but is not limited to; regular cocktail bartending, table service, making a mean Philly cheese steak, etc.

With an extensive back bar, an ever-evolving cocktail list, and a high-energy atmosphere, we pride ourselves on delivering world-class service with a big emphasis on genuine hospitality. Key responsibilities

- Prepare signature cocktails, classic recipes, and anything else a guest might ask for with consistency, attention to detail, and speed whilst working under pressure

- Guide guests through our extensive back bar—from single casks special bottlings to the more run-of-the-mill spirits

- Deliver genuine, warm, and engaging customer service that turns guests into regulars

About you

- Minimum 2+ years of cocktail bartending experience in high-volume, quality-focused cocktail bars or premium hospitality venues

- A genuine curiosity and working knowledge of spirits, fermentation, wine, and classic cocktail structure

- Calm under high-volume pressure, clean working habits, and a collaborative team attitude

- Valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card (mandatory)

- Full availability to work evening, late-night (up to 2:00 AM+), and weekend shifts

- Full working rights in Australia
