Tasman Foods International is a proudly Australian-owned food company with more than 34 years of industry experience, serving retail and foodservice customers nationwide. Due to continued growth, our client is expanding their NSW sales team and looking for a driven Foodservice Sales Representative to grow their business across Sydney.

About the Role
This is a field-based role focused primarily on winning new business across the Sydney foodservice market. You'll be calling on clubs, hotels, hospitality groups and other foodservice accounts, identifying opportunities and converting them into long-term customers.

Alongside the new business focus, you'll also manage and nurture existing customer relationships - ensuring retention, satisfaction and ongoing growth within your territory.

You'll have the autonomy to run your own patch, backed by an established team and a product range with a strong market reputation. When you're not on the road, you'll work from home - giving you the flexibility to manage admin, planning and follow-ups without the need to commute to an office.

About You




You're a commercially minded foodservice sales professional with a genuine understanding of how the Sydney market works. You bring:

- 2+ years of proven sales experience within the foodservice industry
- A track record of winning new business and building lasting customer relationships
- Existing networks within Sydney hospitality, hotel groups or foodservice accounts (highly regarded)
- The drive and self-motivation to work independently in a field-based territory
- Robust communication, organisation and ownership of results
- A current Australian driver licence and full Australian working rights
