Cathara Consulting are seeking a HR Consultant to support design and assist in delivering practical, evidence-based initiatives that strengthen organisational culture and enable change.

Key responsibilities

- Design and facilitate workshops, focus groups and leadership sessions.
- Assist with and conduct culture assessments using qualitative and quantitative data.
- Analyse workforce insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Translate findings into practical culture and organisational development initiatives.
- Work with stakeholders to improve employee experience and ways of working.
- Support the development of frameworks and reports to measure progress and impact.
- Present clear insights and recommendations to leaders.

About you

- Relevant qualifications in organisational development, psychology, behavioural science, human resources or a related field.
- Experience supporting and delivering culture or organisational development initiatives.
- Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated experience interpreting culture,



behavioural or workforce data.
- Ability to convert complex insights into clear, practical actions.
- Experience supporting delivery of organisational change or transformation.
