We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major Transport Management System implementation within a large-scale supply chain transformation program.
This is a senior delivery role responsible for coordinating the end-to-end implementation of a new enterprise TMS across inbound and outbound transport operations.
You’ll work across business, technology, transport operations, vendors and delivery partners to bring structure to a complex program of work and drive delivery from planning and design through integration, testing, deployment and go-live.

The role You’ll be responsible for:

- Leading the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale TMS implementation
- Developing and managing the integrated project plan across design, configuration, integration, data, testing, change and deployment
- Coordinating business, technology, operations, vendor and partner workstreams
- Managing dependencies across broader WMS, OMS and supply chain transformation initiatives
- Driving systems integration across ERP, WMS, carriers, suppliers and reporting platforms
- Managing project governance, RAID, budgets, forecasting, risks and executive reporting
- Working closely with vendors and implementation partners to manage deliverables, milestones and dependencies
- Coordinating testing, cutover,



go-live, hypercare and transition into support

What we’re looking for You’ll be an experienced Project Manager who has delivered complex, technology-enabled transformation programs within transport, logistics, retail or supply chain environments.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

- Previous experience implementing a Transport Management System (TMS)
- Manhattan Active Transport experience would be highly regarded
- Strong end-to-end project delivery experience across design, build, integration, testing and deployment
- Experience delivering complex enterprise systems integrations
- Strong supply chain, logistics or transport domain knowledge
- Experience managing vendors and multiple delivery partners
- Robust project governance, commercial and financial management capability
- Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working across complex programs with multiple dependencies
- JIRA or similar project delivery tool experience
