We’re working with two established Perth builders looking for Junior / Intermediate Site Supervisors to join their teams across medium-density residential and commercial construction projects.

One opportunity is with an established, stable development builder delivering projects up to $10m, including townhouses, retirement villages, childcare centres and multi-unit developments. The other is with a Tier 3 commercial builder seeking a hands-on Supervisor / Foreman with a carpentry background.

The Opportunities

- Medium-density developments, townhouses, retirement villages and childcare centres. Join a well-established group with strong repeat clients, structured processes and brand-new offices in Leederville.
- Tier 3 commercial builder, projects valued at $5m–$15m, with a strong focus on school construction and education facilities. Ideal for a Carpenter looking to step into supervision while remaining hands-on on site.

About You

- Experience as a Site Supervisor, Junior Supervisor or Foreman or Carpenter.
- Background in commercial or medium-density residential construction.
- Strong organisational, communication and site coordination skills.
- For the commercial role, a carpentry background and willingness to undertake hands-on work are essential.
- Full Australian working rights.
