We are seeking a motivated, organised and proactive Operations Support Coordinator to join our growing equipment hire business.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on variety and takes pride in keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Working closely with our Operations Team, you will play an significant role in supporting day-to-day business activities, assisting with operational processes and delivering a high standard of customer service.

Key responsibilities

- Assist the Company Directors and Operations Team with day-to-day business requirements.

- Assist with coordinating equipment hire bookings, allocations and scheduling.

- Prepare quotations for customer equipment hire enquiries.

- Liaise with customers, suppliers, drivers and internal team members.

- Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely operational updates.

- Maintain accurate records and provide general administrative and operational support across the business.

Previous experience in equipment hire, logistics, transport, construction or operational administration would be highly regarded, but is not essential for the right candidate.
