Multiple Roles - OSHC Managers | Atlantis Outside School Care

About the Role

As the OSHC Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the service while fostering a positive, inclusive, and child-focused culture for children, families, and educators. Atlantis Outside School Care is seeking passionate, people-focused, and child safety driven OSHC Managers to lead our team in delivering engaging and high-quality care for school-aged children. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support a passionate team of educators
- Deliver engaging and meaningful programs for school-aged children
- Ensure compliance, effective operational performance, and maintenance of child safety standards
- Drive quality practice and continuous improvement
- Manage daily service operations, including staff rostering, administration, and enrolment documentation
- Create a safe, inclusive and engaging environment while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For:

- Demonstrated excellence in leadership, professional communication, and relationship-building skills
- Strong knowledge of My Time, Our Place and the National Quality Standards
- A proactive and organised approach with a passion for quality practice and child safety
- Certificate IV in School Age Education and Care, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent approved qualification
- Current Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance, and First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates
- Full Australian working rights
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to drive a mini-bus
