About the role

Four44 Properties is seeking an experienced Tiler to join our growing team in Brisbane. This is a full-time position, working with an amazing in hour team of tradespeople, and based in Brisbane QLD 4000.

If you are a great tiler and love your work, but also need to give the knees and back a bit of a rest from constantly laying those tiles, you have the opportunity here to mix it up a little and learn and be involved in other aspects of building also.

As a Tiler, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality tiling solutions across primarily our residential projects, but commercial projects too. You will be responsible for precise bedding, tiling and grouting, and certified waterproofing is an advantage, but not essential.

We strive to make every project meet our exacting standards and high client expectations. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence in the building industry.

What we're looking for

- Completed formal apprenticeship in tiling or equivalent hands-on experience in the building trades

- Current Queensland tiling qualifications and certifications (waterproofing an advantage)

- Proven experience with various tiling techniques and materials, including ceramic, porcelain, stone, and mosaic tiles

- Proficiency in using tiling tools and equipment safely and effectively

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain precise measurements and alignment

- Good physical fitness and manual dexterity

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the building trades

- Strong communication and teamwork skills to work collaboratively on-site

- Reliability and punctuality with a commitment to meeting project deadlines

- Problem-solving abilities to adapt to different project requirements and challenges





- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel to different job sites as needed
