About the role
We are seeking a Law Graduate to join QSM Law in Woolloongabba, Queensland as a full-time position. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has recently completed their law degree and is looking to launch their legal career. No previous legal experience is required – we are genuinely committed to nurturing current talent and providing comprehensive training and mentorship. This role will provide you with valuable exposure to Corporate & Commercial Law practice. It is a small team of two who will both be involved in ensuring you are properly trained and guided in your work.
Key responsibilities
- Preparing and reviewing legal documents, correspondence and agreements under supervision
- Supporting the management of client files and maintaining accurate legal records
- Commencing a transaction and having the responsibility for the transaction to its conclusion
- Where required, liaising with clients and external parties to progress matters
What we're looking for
- Recent completion of a Bachelor of Laws degree
- Admission to practice as a lawyer in Queensland
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Genuine interest in Corporate & Commercial Law and a commitment to developing your legal career
