About the role
Crowies Coatings Pty Ltd, a leading distributor of automotive and industrial coatings, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Major Account Manager to join our team in Coffs Harbour, NSW. This full time role is crucial in driving sales and managing key customer relationships within the automotive and industrial sectors.

What you'll be doing

- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with major clients in the automotive and industrial coatings markets

- Identify new business opportunities and effectively pitch Crowies' comprehensive range of high-quality coatings solutions

- Understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations to meet their specific requirements

- Negotiate and secure new contracts,



as well as manage the renewal of existing agreements

- Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver exceptional customer service

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic sales planning

- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

- Experience in a major account management or senior sales role, preferably within the automotive or industrial coatings industry will be considered an advantage

- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers

- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand and interpret complex client requirements

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
