Our Client:

On behalf of our client, we are seeking experienced Process Operators to join a well-established gold processing operation in Western Australia. Due to continued growth, multiple positions are available for operators looking to join a high-performing team with a strong focus on safety, reliability and operational excellence.
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a highly experienced workforce, many of whom have been involved with the operation since commissioning. The site offers long-term career prospects, a supportive team environment and the opportunity to transition into a permanent role for successful candidates.

Key responsibilities include:

- Monitoring and operating gold processing plant equipment safely and efficiently
- Conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting and reporting plant issues




- Operating across crushing, grinding, CIL/CIP, elution and gold room circuits as required
- Sampling, reagent handling and process optimisation activities
- Maintaining accurate operational records and log sheets
- Assisting with plant shutdowns and maintenance activities
- Working collaboratively with maintenance and production teams to achieve operational targets
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety compliance

The Successful Candidate:
We are looking for motivated Process Operators who have previous experience within gold processing operations and can contribute positively to a close-knit and high-performing team.

Requirements:

- Previous gold processing plant experience preferred
- Experience in control room operations highly regarded but not essential
- Exposure to crushing, grinding, CIL/CIP, elution, gold room operations and reagent handling advantageous
- Current Working at Heights (WAH) qualification
- Current Confined Space Entry (CSE) qualification
- Current Gas Test Atmospheres qualification
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence
- Front End Loader, Bobcat or Excavator operating experience highly regarded
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
