You will bring:

- A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant, bar, or café environment
- Knowledge and appreciation of Western Australian wines
- Confidence preparing and serving classic cocktails (bar roles)
- Professional presentation and communication skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high service standards
- A positive attitude and solid team focus
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
