The Role





You'll take ownership of multiple commercial electrical projects, working closely with builders, site teams and senior management to deliver successful outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing projects from early design and planning through to completion.

- Leading, mentoring and supporting foremen and site teams.

- Managing project budgets, profitability and labour forecasting.

- Building strong relationships with builders, consultants and contractors.

- Coordinating design, Energex requirements and project resources.

- Helping improve systems and processes as the business grows.

About You

We're looking for someone who's as good with people as they are with projects.

You'll ideally have:

- Around 10 years' experience in electrical construction and communications.

- Proven project management experience within commercial construction.

- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

- A sound understanding of project financials and commercial outcomes.

- A positive, solutions-focused attitude and a willingness to take ownership.

You might already be an experienced Project Manager looking for a better working environment, or someone ready to step up and take on greater responsibility.
