RefPro also provides specialist installation, maintenance and overhaul services for compressors, plate heat exchangers and hygienic food processing equipment, including homogenisers, pumps, valves and associated equipment.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Refrigeration Technician to join our Brisbane-based team;

We provide additional training for candidates wanting to expand their skills and stay ahead in the industry.

Interstate relocation support would be available for the right candidate.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a REFPRO Refrigeration Technician, your role will involve:

- Specialising in industrial and commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems.

- Installation of current plant and preventative maintenance service.

- Attend breakdowns, diagnose faults and repairs.

- Exposure to diverse projects across food processing, cold storage, mining and manufacturing.

- Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.

What We’re Looking For





- Cert III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.

- Full ARCtick Licence (RHL).

- Class C Driver’s Licence.

- QBCC Mechanical (Refrigeration) Licence.

- QLD Restricted Electrical Licence.

- White Card, CPR & LVR certification.

- Experience in industrial or commercial Refrigeration and Air conditioning.

- Ammonia system experience (preferred but not essential), training will be provided.

- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

- A proactive, safety-first mindset and ability to work well in a team.
