- Be the friendly, organised heart of our village office
Are you an organised, detail-focused team player who loves keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a part-time Administration Officer to join Paynesville Holiday Park, working alongside our Park Manager to deliver seamless service to our residents and holiday guests. It’s a role where your organisation and care make a real difference to the people who call our village home, and to the visitors who come to enjoy it.
About Paynesville Park
Paynesville Holiday Park is a well-maintained, family-friendly park in Victoria’s beautiful Gippsland Lakes region, home to both permanent residents and holiday visitors. With a swimming pool, camp kitchen, games room and playground, the park offers something for everyone and a genuine sense of community among residents and guests alike.
Why Eureka?
At Eureka Group, we believe community living is about more than providing accommodation. We create welcoming places where residents and guests feel safe, connected and genuinely at home. Guided by our values (Putting People First, Embracing the Challenge, Committing and Following Up, Acting with Purpose and Building Belonging), we’re redefining community living by delivering reliable, dignified housing and memorable holiday stays that foster stability, independence and meaningful connection.
What’s the role?
Reporting to the Park Manager, you’ll support the daily operations of our independent living and holiday park community. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Park Manager with daily administration, including managing emails, scheduling meetings and handling correspondence
- Managing bookings and providing friendly front desk support to residents and guests
- Coordinating and following up on resident and village administration, with timely and accurate data entry
- Preparing and sending resident documentation to our Support Office
- Keeping accurate records of all village matters in line with our policies and procedures
- Managing office supplies, mail, packages and deliveries, and keeping the village office clean and organised
- Helping plan and coordinate village events and activities, including liaising with vendors, arranging logistics and promoting events to residents
- Supporting village-wide initiatives and programs
- Following WHS procedures and helping maintain a positive safety culture
What’s in it for you?
- Regular part-time hours that offer consistency and work-life balance
- Work in a relaxed lakeside setting with great onsite facilities
- Join a close-knit team backed by a company that puts people first
- Be part of a role that genuinely shapes residents’ and guests’ everyday experience
- Ongoing support from your Park Manager and the wider Eureka team
What’s it like working for Eureka?
Our Administration Officers are a key part of village life. You’ll often be the first friendly face residents and guests see, and the person who makes sure everything behind the scenes is on track. From getting a holiday booking just right to helping bring a community event together, it’s the small things done well that help everyone feel truly at home.
Is this role right for you?
We'd love to hear from you if you:
- Have previous experience in an administrative or reception role, ideally within a holiday park, tourist park, motel or residential village
- Have experience with a Property Management System, with RMS Cloud 9+ highly regarded
- Are highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with accurate data entry skills
- Are confident working independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team
- Communicate clearly and warmly, both in writing and in person
- Handle sensitive information with tact and discretion
- Hold a Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience (preferred)
