About the Role

As a Business Trainee, you'll learn how to:

- Answer telephone calls and assist customer enquiries
- Provide product information, pricing, stock availability and lead times
- Prepare quotations and accurately process customer orders
- Follow up outstanding orders, backorders and customer enquiries
- Assist with customer complaints, returns and credit requests
- Check, pack and prepare orders for dispatch
- Assemble and package products to meet production requirements
- Develop valuable administration, communication and customer service skills
