A-Grade Electrician – Real Estate Maintenance

$45–$50 per hour + Super + Company Vehicle & Fuel Card

We’re At Your Maintenance, providing electrical and plumbing services to property managers across Melbourne.

We’re looking for a qualified electrician who enjoys domestic maintenance, is confident finding and fixing faults, and takes pride in finishing a job properly.

You’ll work across residential rental properties, handling a variety of repairs and installations, with office support to organise bookings and coordinate your schedule.

What’s on offer

- $45–$50 per hour, depending on relevant experience.

- Super, company vehicle and fuel card.

- RDO options by agreement.

- Optional overtime and after-hours opportunities when available.

- A small team with direct communication and support when you need it.

- Independence to manage your jobs, with bookings and scheduling supported by the office.

The work

Your day will include a mix of:

- Electrical fault finding and repairs.

- Power points, lighting, ceiling fans and exhaust fans.

- Switchboard upgrades and safety switches.

- Smoke alarm testing, replacements and installations.

- Appliance fault finding,



repairs and installations.

- Required testing, safety checks and compliance documentation.

We work specifically with property managers, so being respectful in tenants’ homes and communicating clearly are important parts of the role.

Explicit job notes, photos and materials used must be recorded in AroFlo before leaving each site. This helps our office keep clients informed and finalise completed work promptly.

What we’re looking for

- A current Victorian A-Grade Electrical Licence.

- Domestic electrical experience and strong fault-finding skills.

- The ability to work independently and manage your day.

- A current driver’s licence.

- Someone reliable, organised and approachable who takes pride in their work.

- Real estate maintenance and appliance repair experience would be an advantage.
