About the role

Permanent Part Time - 3-4 days per week, with the opportunity to move to full-time.

This is a standalone recruitment role, initially reporting directly to the CEO. You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle for our security and labour hire workforce - from sourcing through to onboarding - with the autonomy to shape how it's done. It's a great next step for an experienced Recruitment Consultant or HR Advisor ready to take full ownership of a function, without needing to manage a team to prove it.

Key responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a high-volume, compliance-driven security and labour hire workforce

- Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support ongoing client and site demand

- Partner with operations and site leaders to forecast and respond to workforce needs across QLD, NSW, VIC

- Ensure recruitment complies with security licensing requirements and relevant labour hire licensing obligations

- Establish relationships with RTO's and use Social Media to support the recruitment function

- Manage onboarding, induction and pre-employment checks to get candidates site-ready quickly and compliantly

- Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience as the business scales

- Report on recruitment metrics and workforce pipeline to leadership





About you

- 3+ years' experience in high-volume, blue-collar, or labour hire recruitment (security industry experience highly regarded but not mandatory)

- Confident owning the recruitment function end-to-end, with minimal oversight

- Working knowledge of security licensing and/or labour hire compliance requirements (or a fast learner willing to get across it)

- Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working directly with operational and site leaders

- Highly organised, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
