We're looking for an experienced Commercial Asset Manager who takes pride in their work, values strong relationships & enjoys the freedom to manage their portfolio with confidence.

The Opportunity

You'll manage an established portfolio of approximately 100 commercial tenancies across strip retail, industrial & office assets, predominantly located between Burleigh Heads and South Murwillumbah.

With long-standing landlords & established tenants, you'll oversee all aspects of commercial asset management, from financial administration to compliance, maintenance & client relationships, with the autonomy & support to do your job well.

About You

You'll bring proven commercial property management experience & the confidence to manage a portfolio from start to finish.

You're proactive, organised & solutions-focused with strong financial & leasing knowledge & a genuine commitment to looking after your clients.

Experience with Cirrus8 or Re-Leased is an advantage but not essential. Appropriate QLD registration & the ability to obtain the relevant NSW registration or licence are required.
