Western Property Reports is looking for a reliable and experienced Routine Inspection Officer to join our team and carry out rental property routine inspections throughout South Perth and surrounding suburbs.

The Role
- Conduct routine rental property inspections across South Perth and surrounding suburbs.
- Minimum commitment of 3 days per week.
- Choose morning or afternoon inspection runs to suit your schedule.
- Work on a flexible, contractor basis, paid per completed job.
- Receive payment every Friday.
- Weekly fuel allowance provided.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in routine property inspections or property management is essential.
- Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence.
- Own iPhone for completing inspections and taking photos.
- Strong attention to detail and good time management.
- Ability to work independently and communicate professionally.
- Reliable, organised and able to meet deadlines.
