What you’ll do

- Lead your team to create extraordinary guest experiences

- Take responsibility for venue operations as Manager on Duty

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service

- Coach your team to feel confident in their roles, proud of their work and inspired to grow

- Complete cash handling, reconciliations and daily reporting

- Uphold responsible service, gaming and workplace safety standards

What we’re looking for





- Proven supervisory or management experience in a busy pub or hotel

- Robust food, beverage and gaming knowledge

- A customer-first leader who enjoys the floor and brings out the best in the team

- A creative, driven mindset: you bring ideas and own what sets a venue apart

- Availability across opens, mids and closes, including weekends and public holidays

- Current NSW RSA and RCG (ARCG highly regarded)
