RCR Services has over 25 years’ experience in commercial remedial building, specialising in waterproofing, concrete repairs, commercial roof repairs and replacements, building remediation and heritage restoration.

With teams in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Newcastle, we work across commercial and high-rise buildings, industrial sites, schools, universities, hospitals and aged care facilities.

The opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our established Adelaide team.

Reporting directly to the SA State Manager, you’ll manage projects from planning through to completion, coordinating our own crews and subcontractors to deliver quality work safely, on time and within budget.

You’ll have the support to get on with the job. Our estimators handle quoting, while head office manages invoicing, compliance administration, documentation, HR and travel bookings. You’ll provide project updates and progress claim information, with the administration team handling the processing.

Your role

- Plan and manage project schedules, budgets and resources.

- Lead site crews, providing direction and training where needed.

- Coordinate subcontractors and assist with recruiting trades and labour.

- Order materials,



raise purchase orders and negotiate with suppliers.

- Maintain explicit communication with clients, crews and management.

- Manage changes to scope and resolve issues as they arise.

- Take responsibility for site safety and quality.

- Attend weekly project meetings and maintain weekly financial reports.

Most work is within Adelaide metro, with some regional SA projects and occasional interstate travel.

About you

You’re organised, practical and confident making decisions on site. You can lead a team, communicate clearly with clients and keep projects moving when conditions change.

You’ll bring:

- At least three years’ project management experience in construction or remedial building.

- A trade or construction background, with relevant qualifications desirable.

- Working knowledge of the National Construction Code and relevant Australian Standards.

- Sound judgement when assessing site conditions, scope changes and practical solutions.

- Strong leadership, communication and people skills.

- A clear commitment to safety, quality and managing costs.
