With a substantial and established residential and commercial property management portfolio, a modern office in a prime Bondi Junction location and a strong presence throughout the Eastern Suburbs, we are looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Leasing Executive to join our growing team.

About the Role

We are seeking a full-time experienced Leasing Executive to take ownership of leasing activities across our residential property portfolio, working closely with our Directors and experienced property management team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting rental property inspections and open homes

- Managing rental enquiries and prospective tenant relationships

- Processing and assessing tenancy applications

- Negotiating lease terms and securing quality tenants

- Liaising with landlords, tenants and prospective applicants

- Providing rental market appraisals and recommendations

- Conducting ingoings and routine inspections

- Minimising vacancy periods and maximising rental returns

- Assisting with new business opportunities and portfolio growth

- Working closely with our property management team to ensure a seamless leasing process

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have:





- Previous experience in residential leasing preferred

- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- A proactive, enthusiastic and professional approach

- Sound knowledge of the Eastern Suburbs rental market

- Experience with Property Tree or similar software

- A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team

- A genuine passion for real estate and delivering outstanding customer service
