About the role

As a result of growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Lawyer or Associate to join our high performing, friendly and creative Private Clients team.

Our firm has one of the most highly regarded and award-winning Private Client practices in Sydney. The team provides strategic advice across taxation, superannuation, trusts, business succession, estate planning, estate administration and tax controversies, bringing together deep technical expertise and extensive experience across a broad range of private client matters.

Working alongside the broader team, you will gain exposure to technically challenging matters while building trusted adviser relationships with clients and professional referrers.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

- 2-4 years' PQE gained in a reputable law or accounting firm.
- Experience in taxation, trusts, superannuation, estate planning, succession planning, private client advisory, or related commercial matters.
- Strong technical,



analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent drafting, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A commercial and pragmatic approach to delivering client outcomes.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to outstanding client service.
- Completed, undertaking, or willing to undertake further tax studies.
