Cà Phê Mai, a 45-seat contemporary Vietnamese cafe and wine bar in Double Bay, is seeking a head chef to run the kitchen with ownership and energy. You will lead from the pass, develop the team, write the menu with the owners, and maintain consistent systems that keep costs and quality in line during busy services.

The role requires leadership, menu development, and a systems mindset across all-day formats, including Saturdays and Sundays. Join an established team and shape the kitchen culture.
