Rockwell Automation is seeking a Remote Support Engineer to join our RSS team in Hawthorn, Melbourne, operating in a hybrid work workplace. You will provide first-line technical support across Rockwell's hardware and software portfolio, troubleshoot complex automation issues, and contribute to knowledge resources.

You will work with Engineering, Product Management, and Quality teams while developing expertise in controllers, HMIs, and industrial networks.
