You will act as the trusted advisor, align with business objectives, and drive retention, expansion, and customer outcomes.

In this role, you will collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to relay customer feedback, manage renewals, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to maximize value from Epicor Senior Living
