CATALINA Rose Bay is a One‑Hat fine dining venue located on Sydney Harbour, seeking passionate, full‑time qualified chefs to join its renowned kitchen team.

Rotations include hot entrée, meat, cold entrée, and fish stations. You will craft and execute dishes for high‑volume à la carte and exclusive functions, collaborating with the Executive and Head Chef to bring recent menu concepts to life while ensuring top quality and strict stock control in accordance with NSW safety standards.
