360 Personnel is seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter for an ongoing opportunity based in Scoresby, Australia. The role starts on day shift for training and onboarding, then transitions to afternoon shift on the permanent roster, within a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing setting.

You will perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on production equipment, troubleshoot faults, and work with production teams to ensure reliability and safety.
