VaynerMedia is seeking a seasoned Director to lead CAIT (Creators, Affiliates, Influencers & Talent) & Social Commerce in Australia. Based in Sydney, you will shape and expand creator partnerships, manage an agile team, and bridge culture with commerce to drive client outcomes.

You will own end-to-end social commerce capabilities, recruit talent, negotiate rights and fees, and mentor the APAC CAIT team while building strategic relationships with talent networks and platforms.
