About the Role

This is an opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and enhancing compliance and quality practices across The Gordon. It's a role offering variety, challenge and genuine organisational impact. Working closely with experienced colleagues across the Institute, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes while identifying opportunities to strengthen processes, support informed decision-making and maintain compliance excellence.

Some key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

- Lead internal audits and reviews to support compliance, quality and audit readiness.

- Interpret regulatory and funding changes and communicate key impacts across the Institute.
- Present audit findings, recommendations and compliance updates to leaders and stakeholders.
- Support external audits through preparation, implementation and response activities.
- Develop and deliver information sessions, training and resources to build staff capability.
- Contribute to quality initiatives, process improvements and organisational projects.
