We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven Assistant New Vehicle Manager to help lead our New Vehicle Sales team and contribute to the continued success of the dealership.

About the Role

Reporting to the New Vehicle Manager, you will play a key role in supporting daily sales operations, coaching and developing sales consultants, and ensuring customers receive an outstanding buying experience.
Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting the leadership and performance of the New Vehicle Sales team
- Assisting with sales targets, forecasting and reporting
- Coaching and mentoring sales consultants to maximise results
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
- Managing leads, follow-ups and customer enquiries
- Assisting with vehicle stock management and showroom presentation
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Maintaining compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Previous automotive sales experience,



ideally in a leadership or senior sales capacity
- Strong knowledge of dealership sales processes and customer management
- Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- A customer-focused and results-driven approach
- Current Australian driver's licence
