The Salvation Army in Perth, WA is seeking an Assertive Outreach Support Worker to join our team and assist people experiencing homelessness. You will deliver mobile outreach, assess needs, provide referrals, advocate, and connect clients with housing, health and community services.

Reporting to the Team Leader, this fixed-term full time role offers a SCHADS Level 4 classification, a trauma-informed, person-centred approach, and opportunities to contribute to coordinated responses while building
