Lucky's is opening on Chapel Street, Windsor, this November, and we're looking for an enthusiastic, vibrant hospitality team to join us

We're seeking passionate Front of House and Bar Team Members who are confident in a busy venue, enjoy working with people and bring great energy to every shift.

Whether you're an experienced bartender, cocktail enthusiast or confident section waiter, this is an opportunity to be part of something new, help create a welcoming atmosphere and deliver memorable experiences for our guests.

We're building a fun, professional and energetic team to bring Lucky's to life, and we'd love you to be part of it.

ABOUT THE VENUE

Located on Chapel Street in Windsor, Lucky's is set to bring its own personality and energy to one of Melbourne's best-known hospitality strips. We're looking for people who love great food, positive drinks and creating a lively, welcoming atmosphere for our guests. If you enjoy working in a quick-paced environment, have a great attitude and want to be part of an exciting new venue, we'd love to hear from you.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of the Front of House and Bar team, you will be responsible for

- Delivering friendly, engaging and attentive customer service.
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guests have a great experience.
- Preparing and serving beers, cocktails and other beverages.
- Providing confident, efficient floor and section service.
- Developing your knowledge of our food and beverage offering.
- Working collaboratively with the team to keep service running smoothly.




- Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and responsible service.
- Working across a flexible roster, including evenings, late nights, weekends and public holidays as required.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have

- A current Victorian RSA.
- Australian working rights.
- At least one year of experience in a similar hospitality role.
- A positive attitude, great energy and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach.
- Confidence working in a busy, fast-paced venue.
- A willingness to learn, develop your skills and understand our service style.
- A good knowledge of beer and cocktails, with an interest in learning more about our range.
- An interest in our eclectic menu, with a willingness to continue learning.
- Availability to commence in mid-November.
