The role focuses on referrals, onboarding, scheduling, digital platform administration and billing coordination from St Vincent's Hospital on the Park, East Melbourne.

You will work with clinicians, care coordinators and patients to deliver high-quality care at home, with responsibilities across patient administration, data entry and process
