Our client, Hallmark Hospitality has just launched its most exciting new concept yet Coyote's Roadhouse, a country music destination on the Sunshine Coast. With two live music stages and capacity for up to 500 guests, this is a high-energy, late-night entertainment venue unlike anything else in the region.

We're looking for an experienced and commercially savvy Venue Manager to take the reins, lead an established team, and drive the ongoing success of this landmark venue from day one.

The Role

Reporting directly to senior leadership - including the Director and an executive team spanning culinary, sales and operations, you'll have genuine autonomy to shape culture, own performance, and drive profitability across all aspects of venue operations.

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Maroochydore. You'll work a rotating roster across 5 days, with Friday and Saturday nights as core trading days (closing at 3am). Two days off per week, which may not always be consecutive.

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading and developing a team of 25, including 2 Assistant Managers and Head Chefs
- Taking full ownership of P&L;, budgeting and financial performance
- Driving late-night, high-volume operations across a large entertainment venue
- Coordinating live entertainment, events and promotional activations




- Ensuring full compliance with liquor licensing requirements
- Working collaboratively with an experienced, well-resourced leadership group

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 1 year as a Venue Manager in a high-volume, late-night environment or at least 2 years as an Assistant Manager or Venue Manager in a large or complex venue. We'll also consider strong Venue Managers from smaller venues who are ready to scale up and can demonstrate the commercial and leadership capability to do so.
- Solid commercial acumen - budgeting, forecasting and P&L; management
- Current RMLV (QLD Approved) Manager's Licence - or ability to obtain quickly if relocating
- Background in live entertainment, events and promotions management is desirable
