- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients with acute and chronic kidney conditions in a rural critical access setting.
- Perform dialysis treatments, assess and monitor patient health, and manage vascular access.
- Administer medications and coordinate care with nephrologists and a multidisciplinary team.
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and health management.
- Maintain safety and infection control standards, ensure accurate documentation, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered Nurse licensure.
- Experience in dialysis nursing or related nephrology care preferred.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team in a community-focused workplace.
