Go1 is seeking a Simulation Content Designer for a 3-month contractor role based in Australia. You’ll craft realistic workplace simulations, turning policies and capability needs into believable conversations and assessments.
You’ll work with Product, Research, Engineering and subject-matter experts to shape simulations from need to review. You’ll design contexts, scoring rubrics, avatar behaviour, and test scenarios, ensuring fairness and usefulness for learners and customers.
