As a Senior Associate in PwC’s Private Deals team,you’llplay a vital role in guiding mid-market Private Equity, Corporate, and Advisory clients through complex M&A; transactions with clarity and confidence.You’llbeworking with clients across Private Equity, Corporate, and Financial Services sectors.

Whatyou’lldo:

- Demonstrate commercial and analytical focus in influencing and advising clients
- Help toidentifykey value drivers and deal breakers
- Complete pre-lend reviews for Financiers
- Contribute to due diligence accounting for IPOs
- Work with andassistour leaders with allfacetsof transactions

Whatwe’relooking for:

- Solid background in financial analysis,in a transaction services or corporate environment
- Detailing data collection,analysisand modelling
- Experienced in supportingcompaniesacquiringor divesting businesses or raising expansion capital projects
- Buy and sell side financial due diligence




- Organisational and project management
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting/Commerce/Business or related qualification and studies undertaken in CA, CFA, Master of Finance, FINSIA or similar discipline
