Life Without Barriers in Mackay is seeking a part time House Manager to lead our Semi-Independent Living Program. You will guide a team of Youth Workers, support young people to build independence, and help them transition to adulthood with trauma-informed care.
You’ll champion cultural connection, contribute to care planning, and collaborate with families and community partners to create stable, supportive environments that enable positive outcomes.
