Anchor Homes in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Coordinator to run a portfolio of residential projects from pre-contract to handover.

You will work with clients and our design team to land designs, coordinate approvals across Victoria and NSW, draft contracts, manage variations, and report to the Head of Pre-Construction. This is a full time, on-site role with a bonus scheme and on-site parking.
