Oporto is looking for an Assistant Manager to lead and develop our team and support the Restaurant Manager with smooth operations. You will guide the crew, set explicit direction, and ensure every guest enjoys our flame-grilled chicken and vibrant, feel-good dining experiences.

You will drive daily operations, optimise costs, coach staff, maintain high standards of service and food quality, and build a positive, inclusive culture that motivates the team and creates repeat visits.
