The Salvation Army in St Kilda, VIC is seeking a Duty Social Worker to join our Access Health team. This permanent part time role provides frontline, compassionate care to individuals facing marginalisation, homelessness and substance use, guiding them through welcoming, trauma-informed services.

You will triage, assess and coordinate care within a multidisciplinary team, reporting to the Clinical Services Coordinator and Program Manager.
