The TheirCare team in the Bendigo region invites an experienced childcare skilled to lead multiple services, driving program quality and compliance. You will coach staff, plan rostering, and support community engagement while travelling across centres in your region.

Applicants should have OSHC/childcare experience, Area Manager background, and a strong knowledge of National Law, NQS and ACECQA guidelines. A current first aid certification and a valid driver’s license are required.
