SkinTech Lab is seeking a hands-on People, Culture & Safety Business Partner to build HR and WHS foundations for a growing Melbourne-based manufacturing operation. This role is part time and focuses on creating scalable policies, processes and systems from inception.

You will drive recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee relations and safety initiatives, while embedding a positive, accountable culture across production, warehousing and office environments.
