Centacare North Queensland (NQ) is seeking a compassionate Counsellor to join our ROSA Program, delivering evidence-based therapy to children and young people aged 6 to 18 who have experienced trauma. You will assess needs, develop individual therapy plans and support recovery within a trauma-informed, multidisciplinary team.

Collaborating with Child Safety, carers and schools, you will maintain records, monitor progress and advocate for children's best interests while upholding best practice
