Elements of Byron, a luxury beachfront resort, is seeking a Chef de Cuisine to lead our premium restaurant and own the dining experience. You will manage a passionate kitchen team, delivering exceptional food quality and guest satisfaction.

The role requires at least 2 years’ experience at a 5-star luxury establishment, a Cert III in commercial cookery, and a hands-on leadership style with a robust commercial acumen.
