Fulcrum is seeking a proactive sales assistant to qualify inquiries, book meetings, and manage a growing pipeline. You will learn the product quickly, follow up on leads, and progress toward a Business Development Manager role.

You will handle inquiries from multiple channels, maintain CRM records, and support proposals and handovers as the process evolves. Coaching and time shadowing are provided.
