The Nurse Practitioner in Community Palliative Care at Albury Wodonga Health will provide specialist palliative care consultations, clinical leadership, and mentoring as part of a multidisciplinary team in the community setting.
This is a permanent part time role (24 hours per week) with an emphasis on reflective practice, evidence-informed care, and collaboration with NPs, nurses, social workers, and allied health to improve quality of life for patients and families.
