Tools4Life Ot is seeking a Lead Occupational Therapist to join the leadership team in a hybrid role in Woolloongabba, QLD. You will supervise clinicians, support growth of current grads, and manage a small caseload while ensuring high-quality, evidence-based therapy and thorough documentation.

The role focuses on leadership, team coordination, and performance management, with interstate travel as needed. You must hold full AHPRA registration and WWCC/Blue Card, with benefits including KPI bonuses
